hello dr ,my baby is now 2 yrs old but he knows everything but knowingly not responding to anything..n only maa da baa speaking nomore words ,not ready to listen n identify his body parts ,is there any problem?

A. if the child is two years old and if the child is not having proper eye contact or not responding properly it needs proper revolution to consult your doctor once for this and he will guide
