Q.

hello Dr, my baby is 17 months old now. he is very hyper active and he understands what we say and he recognise everything what we show but the problem is he is not talking yet. many people said babies start talking by 1 year old but my baby is not talking single word also. wht to do? is there any problem?

A. you talk to him and then make him speak by talking about the topic of his intrest you show him alphabet book and make him rectify the pictures and you speak them gradually he will

A. hey hey mommy if you have checked that he has no hearing issues as he is responding what you could do is talk to him through out the day. tell him what you are doing how you are doing it. also read to him sing to him. encourage him a nd most important stay positive. and keep applauding him when he makes an attempt. remember every baby is different and may take their own time to reach these milestones.
