hello dr. my baby girl is 20months old.. frm last 2-3days i have noticed that there is some little pimple on her cheeks. n also her skin is bit dull and dry.. can u plz suggest something for this.. right now I m using Johnson's baby cream..on her face . n coconut oil too .

A. skin cream or coconut oil might not be a reason.. as your question is regarding skin issue, it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.
