Hello Dr. My 3 years and two months boy and 10 months baby girl they both are having cold and cough from 3 -4 months on and off. last year dec 8th 2024 my daughter got admitted for 8 days due to pneumonia and after that my both children had cold and cough. we visited pediatric 2 -3 times Every month both but again and again it's happening. But the day before yesterday evening and last night he (my son) had fever for some hours like 2-3 hrs then again his temperature is normal without medicine. why is this happening plzz help doctor...
