Hello Dr, I'm expecting mother with 20 week,in my double marker test down syndrome was in high risk so we done amniosinthesis test i.e FISH and Microarray test,got the report and it was totally normal.also anamoly scan done and according to that everything is fine in baby ....kindly please suggest is it important to do fetal ehco scan for any clearity?
