Q.

Hello dr. I have one question related to lactation..my baby is 5 month old and I have resumed the office and there is gap of almost 8 hours between breastfeeding..we give her formula milk twice in between..I am having engorgement everyday..pumping in office is not working for me..there is no proper place or refrigerator as well..any suggestions? .

A. Hi, I would suggest to express your milk in the morning just before going and before 3 hours of your office closing, express milk and just simply store in steel bottle as your milk will stay good for 4 hour at room temperature. This will help in your engorge breast too.
