Q.

i was completely with my baby from his birth upto his eighth month,Now i resumed my job and have to leave my baby at home with his grandparents I am worried because he cries continusly till I came back from office please suggest i m in tension..i can't get more leave from office

Q. Hi all, I have a ten month old daughter. I am a working mother. I was in my maternity leave and it ended when my daughter was six months old. But due to Corona, am working frm home, which is helping me to take care of my daughter while doing my work. I am a sub-editor in a business research company. At the month end, it becomes difficult to check on my daughter all the time. At my home, I have FIL, MIL, and husband. My in-laws are at a good condition. So, they can take care of her for a few hours, also we have 3 maids, including a cook. so, it's not much problem. But despite that, my MIL is continuously pressuring me to leave my job, and discouraging me by telling me scary stories about children whose mother worked. Also, she tried to make me feel guilty and tried to impose me as a selfish mother as I a. working. My SIL is also working in the army, but my MIL says she can't leave her job after baby as she is doing a government job, but as I am doing a private job, I can easily leave my job. If I don't, my baby will turn bad. Please suggest, what to do?
