hello dr I had delivered a baby girl few days ago via c section I am now mother of 2 kids 1 baby boy of 2 years and a baby girl of 1 month I dont want to have more kids now My gyanc had refused for AS Iwant to know the best alternate for not getting pregnant again beside using protection also while having intercourse

Hormonal pills,injections and intrauterine contraceptive devices are there apart from barrier contraception in temporary options.
Tubectomy and vasectomy are permanent options available
