hello Dr I delivered baby on 20th September and today is my 43th day of post delivery now the issue is I start bleeding on 37th day of delivery again and I'm bleeding till now like periods... is it normal to bleed after 40 days or I should consult doctor i

A. Yes it is normal to bleed after 40th day also.If the bleeding is heavy or if it is continuing beyond one week then only going to consult your doctorWrite Your Answer Here

Hi mommy Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Do abdominal stretching exercise and go for walking every day atleast 15-20 minutes stay hydrated avoid junk food and bakery products like maida bread avoid stress stay happy Maintain hygiene Wash hands often
