hello Dr I am 31 year old my period delay by 11 days and in kit negative pregnancy very worried pls help what should I do

A. you need tests. sometimes period can be delayed in breastfeeding but then care about contraception. see its best to see a doctor, a gynac who can direct check n advise a good test. this will allay all anxiety n detect a pregnancy too if at all there is one
