Hai I am mother of 3and half months old baby last jun I got period July I don't got period I already test with pregnancy kit also its negative almost 30 day delay please tell me some solution can I use any medicine

Hi mommy Consult your doctor once for proper medical examination If you are lactating mother it is normal due to hormone changes Periods may come after one year Take a good care of your baby Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
