hello Dr and all.. my kis is 4 years old and from last 3 months he is getting cold and cough very frequently. is this normal and if not what should I do.? how to boost his immune.?

A. normal in babies because of change in weather and Cold and cough in small babies are because of viral infections you have to treat them symptomatically with steam inhalation and saline drops in the nose of the baby e they will subside generally in a week's time
