Hello Doctors, I am running my 1st trimester of pregnancy and the problem is that I can't keep hold the food in my tummy. After having any meal I vomited that food and due to which I lost 3kg weight in 1month. Please advice what to do to keep myself healthy and not to vomit after the meal.
