Hello doctor, namaste I have given birth through c section of my son on 15th October 2021.from 4 days I am feeling very uneasy.body pains, headache hands and legs severe pain what should I do

A. this is very common due to nutritional deficiency and post hormonal changes after pregnancy kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting posture as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiotherapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables
