hello doctor my son age is 2 years old he was suffering from cold from past 3days we gave maxtra syrup for cold after that from 2days he is having wet cough we have been using ambroxyl hydrochloride syrup AMBRODIL syrup but his cough and cold is not reducing we are giving 3.5ml dose three times a day is this syrups are ok or we have to change please reply to my question thank you

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 10 m old girl4 years agoA. baby is 2 years old I would suggest you to please give every time medicine under a doctor and guidance only do not do self-medication at all as untreated cold can become severe chest infection
