hello doctor my one month baby is not sufficient with breast feeding. how to increase my milk production? is there any medicine or powder or biscuits available to take ? please suggest me.

You can go ahead with taking some lactation supplements like Shatavari powder or fenugreek capsules they are definitely a very good option for you to increase your breastfeeding and also it’s important that you definitely increase the amount of water and other healthy liquids that you are consuming
