hi doctor i have used lactare granules for milk production but there is no results what I need to do to increase my Breast milk

A. hi low milk supply can be result of incorrect latching, stress, or Genetic so please check it give more and more breastfeeds to your child which naturally increase your breastmilk supply at feeding time, make sure your child latches properly ,the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your child mouth at feeding time
