hello doctor my daughter is 3.5 years old. she take very limited diet and her weight is not increasing that much. what should I include in her diet so as to get good immunity and proper weight

A. at this age you have to offer everything which is made at home to your child. you have to give 500 ml milk everyday and you can either give milk or milk products but the amount should be total of 500 ml you have to give at least one and half katori rice and one katori dal everyday you have to give at least one and half katori vegetables everyday you have to give at least one and half katori wheat/roti products to the child everyday you have to give at least two fruits everyday you can go for different recipes and flavours according to your local delicacies and diets you can add ghee as well as dry fruits to the diet.

Hi Give healthy protein rich nutritious food take seasonal fruits and vegetables which is rich in all minerals and vitamins maintain hydration Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Maintain hydration
