Hello doctor..My baby is one month old and his eyes are watery..there is yellow colour discharge from his eyes..is this normal or any infection?

Hello Mom this is very normal in the newborn babies because there eyes tear ducts are blocked initially so there is nothing to worry about it will get better on its on within few months just make sure baby should not touch his eyes with the dirty hand you should keep on pressing the nose with the fingertips in between the eyes to or three times in a day and ask your doctor for eyes drop
