hello Doctor my baby is 8months old ,I wanted to loose weight can i take herbal protein shake during breastfeeding.

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. you may try but it's good to discuss this with ur doctor.. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system.
Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, also do some physical exercise.
