Hello doctor, my baby is 56 days old. 2 days back he was given 45 days vaccine. Today I feel he has little cold. Can I give cold medicine and nasal drops? Does it affect vaccination?

it will not have any effect on the effectiveness of the vaccination that has been given to the child. give the saline drops and if needed other cold medicines will be given by the doctor
