Q.

Hello doctor, my baby is 3.5 months old. Is it necessary to wake baby up and feed at night? Like my baby sleeps at 11.30pm and wakes up at 5am. Is it required to feed at 2am or not?

A. hi all babies are different so they have their own specific sleep and feeding patterns so if your child looks happy healthy and active, gains enough weight then no need to worry about anything. no need to wake up. just ensure that your child should pass urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day because a good urine output indicates that your child is getting enough milk
