hello..doctor my baby is 14month old ,he is doing loose motion , is it safe to gve breastfeeding to baby

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated with fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment along with manafgement for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade gffever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
