Hello doctor Mother of 2 year baby. I put on weight from 70 to 78. So plz suggest some balanced diet food . I m really confused what to eat . I m doing walking for 30 minutes

A. A home made salsa made of fresh condiments can be eaten along with chicken and fish. Eat potatoes. Eat berries. Choose lean meats and avoid processed meats. Eat nuts like almonds, walnuts first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Include yoghurt in your diet. Add chia seeds to your smoothies or puddings. Carrot and bottle gourd soup helps in weight loss. You can eat popcorn minus butter as your evening snack.

A. Eat apples for your breakfast. Sipping a cup of green tea everyday will increase your metabolism while helping you suppress the appetite. It keeps you hydrated and helps you be in shape. You can eat a bowl of oatmeal for your breakfast. Eat avocados. Serve low fat hummus as a topping to salads or sandwiches as hummus keeps you full for a long time. Bean salad is the perfect snack after exercising. Eat pears without peeling off the skin.
