Hello doctor. I hope you're doing well. My son is 4 and half months old. From last 2 to 3 days his getting red red patches on his skin. And his coming and after cleaning the affected area with wipes or massage oil it get disappeared. Kindly let me know why this is happening? N how to treat it. Please answer me.
