A. lactation is a physiological brain regulated hormonal procedure which is is not boosted much by medicines but by your positive frame of mind so you should feel motivated and continue feeding your child frequently for good lactation

A. hello...to increase milk have foods which increases lactation... i found Shatavari to be very helpful have it with milk three times a day ( i used Zandu Shatavari my gynec suggested it) ... It work wonders for lactation... The sucking motion of the baby stimulates milk production and therefore the more you nurse, the more your breasts will produce milk. Certain foods such as jeera, ajwain, saunf are scientifically known to help increase lactation. So include these in your diet. Boil them in water and consume that water...all through my feeding i was having warm ajwain water....
