U Just ask your doctor if they suggested that you are physically fit to go for any kind of an a exercise then you go ahead With it after the age of three months of normal vaginal delivery you can go ahead with brisk walk in basic yoga and gradually you can increase the intensity of the exercise but you cannot do dieting because yo You are a breastfeeding mother
