hello doctor I had tubectomy along with c-section on January I got my first period on August 25 these month still I didn't get my periods is these ok..am getting tensed

A. need upt. you have to be committed to shed weight ok. exercise n diet both are important. do workout n eat more salads to get a healthy weight loss.
