Q.

Hello doctor.i had a cesarean delivery and I have 2 months baby.Can I eat ghee?what are the fruits I can eat and what are the fruits to be avoided?

A. yes, you can eat ghee and fresh fruits. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs Soy Wheat Peanuts Citrus food products, Processed food.

I’d Like to tell you the doctors do not restrict on any kind of fruits or vegetable to be eaten said if you want a proper diet plan then you should consult a nutritionist once they can advise you with all the right things that you should be having and ghee and butter is a healthy fat so you can have that but still if you want you can take a guidance from a nutritionist
