hello doctor, I am expecting and it's currently 27th week completed I have a severe cold since 3rd month of my pregnancy and severe blocking of nose , my dctr suggested nasivion nasal spray and using it since then recently took sinarest as well with the consultation but I see no improvement and now when I blow my nose I also see blood stains. kindly suggest what can be done to control my cold and frequent nose blocking, tried steam as well but nothing is being effective
