Hello Doctor, I am breastfeeding mother of 2 years old baby. I feed only at night time. So can I take covid vaccine and is it safe for baby?

mild antibodies may pass from mother's milk to baby.
mild fever can be felt after having this vaccination in some cases like in every vaccination

If You want to go ahead with this vaccination then you will have to quit breastfeeding completely because even if you’re feeding one time in the night also you cannot go for this vaccination because it is going to have side-effects on the child as well so avoid it till the time you are breastfeeding
