mid morning any fruit as apple banana
lunch rice dal sabji
evening snacks as vegetables cutlet bread pakoda potato tikka.
dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha..
2.oil massage is good to continue as it strengthen bones ..
3.start brushing twice , you can use mama earth tooth paste of baby..
