NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello it looks like there is an infection and it js better to check with your paediatrics dentist and he will be able to guide u better on examkn6of yhe same and advise you accordingly which wiuld be better and alsk safe too as the kid is also small n safe too
