ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist1 Year agoA. No toothpaste will help if the cavity is already there. Visit a dentist and get the cavity filled. For routine person you can use a grain size of kids age appropriate toothpa like colgate kids cheerio ir ki down till 3 years of age and a pea size after the age of 3 years
