but to encourage your child for taking interest in veggies and fruits,you need to be little bit creative
for example
instead of serving Sabji as it is,you may prepare different food items like mix veg paratha, cutlet,mix veg khichdi etc
cut fruits in different shapes like star heart etc using shape cutter and serve it to your child
