hello doc, my baby is 9 months old girl. she licks everything like window, floor, table, chair, blanket etc. our doc said it because of calcium deficiency and gave calcium and iron syrup. but still her licking is continued. what to do please suggest me

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. the child is suffering from anaemia due to iron deficiency so you'll have to give food which is rich in iron and like cereals pulses apple bbanana as well as green leafy vegetables and beetroot. also you will have to start iron supplements and it would consist of iron folic acid and vitamin b12 and take follow up every month with the doctor
