Hello doc .. My baby completed his 1 year today.. can I add salt in his food....?? can i give cow milk to him....?? when I can give him Worm tablet...?? plz suggest me.. Thanks &Regards New mumma

Gradually include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Serve healthy foods in cute Babyhug stainless steel bowls and plates to encourage healthy eating.
