Hi.. how much salt quantity can eat 1 year old baby girl..and add some salt in milk(cow milk) is that safe to baby..??

A. after 1 year of age you can provode your baby all fily food in roughly mashed form, but make sure tgat it should not be too salty and sugary. good yo avoid adding salt in milk
