#AskTheExpert can we give cow milk to my baby who is 8 months old ?? Is it advisable to add Little salt in his recipe??

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. not advisable to give cow milk n salt in baby food before 1 year of age. However a small amount of cow milk can be used in dishes like porridges.

Sonam PrasadMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi dear You can introduce 3.25% homogenized whole cow's milk at 9 to 12 months of age once your baby is eating a variety of iron rich foods at least twice a day. Offer cow's milk in a regular cup (not a sippy cup). This will help your baby learn how to drink.
