Hello doc, meri twins me se ek daughter ka neck abi b hilta h and wo feed lene ke bht der baad b doodh nikalti h muh se. Is it normal? She is going to 5 months old on 1st may.

A. Hi mom. Yes this is normal. Neck holding comes anytime between 3-5 months. So no need to worry. It will be fine in few day more. Give tummy time to ur baby as it helps in strengthening the neck and shoulder muscles. Spit up or curd type vomit is normal. This is due to acid reflux in babies which will go with time as baby grows up.
