manishaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. @dont be panic.apne baby se tongue excersise karvo like tongue ko roll karna . @usko toys dikho or usko push karo ki vo apse vapis mange toys @daily badam oil uske nostrils mai daalo night mai. @usko daily 2 badam morning mai khilao and see the magic after 2-3 months

Hi What is the result of the report that you have not mention and it is not necessary that your child is not a hearing properly which is why your child is not speaking sometimes a vocal glance of the child or not developed as per the age so consult an ENT doctor and further ahead if you want to go for a homoeopathic treatment also
