hello doc mera baby 2yr7month old h wo khana nhi kha rhi h kuch dino se roti muh me rkh ke dba legi muh nhi chulati h or ubka ke vomiting kr deti h

A. Hi parent please give easily digestible food like curd rice and khichdi vegetable soup and upma daliya mashes etc please avoid watching TV and mobile during food time please don't force feed your child
