Have a balanced and calorie dense diet for weight gain
Include more proteins like paneer, whole milk, curd, soya, sprouts, daal and beans, oats, ragi, quinoa, eggs in the diet
Add ghee in food
Banana, green vegetables, chikoo, avacado and fresh fruits, dry fruits also help in weight gain
Have small and frequent meals

Don't take RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily
Take more curd, paneer, buttermilk etc
Take more fruits
Don't over use senitizer and antibacterials
