hello Doc,,,baby is 8 months old,,,,every month from last 2-3 months he is having fever for 1-2 days in a month he had fever in June, May, & yesterday 4 am he had 102 degree,,,,why is this happening he has no cold cought nothing pls suggest

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen and mefenamic acid pvtreparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .
