hello dears, my baby weight is 2.5 gram and she is 46 days old weight is not enough gaining breastfeeding also good and she is drinking lectodas special every week 1. why weight is not gaining?

A. Mami I’ll tell you two things here first of all if the breastfeeding is good the child should gain at least 500 g in a month and if the child is not gaining then you should start giving formula milk to the child every day not once or something I don’t know what you are giving but you have to give it every day a child is not the child of giving proper breast or formula then maybe there is another issue you need to consult your doctor for further assistance
