Mami I’ll tell you a very practical thing now you see if it suits you that how you want your child schedule to be make it that way there is no need to give small snack or food in between if your child is not hungry you should give proper breakfast lunch and dinner and in between the time of lunch and dinner if you feel you can give milkshakes smoothie or any snack of your choice biscuits you should avoid as long as you can because there’s loaded with sugar and palm oil and then too much of refined Flat so look for a healthy option if you feel the pancakes that you say are healthy you can go for that
