Hello all. I am Indian residing in Germany currently. I am having 2.2 yr old boy. he is active boy but since winter started he is feeling sleepy and tired. he always wanted me to take him. here only my husband and me are leaving with our son. also he had cold cough but it's relief now and last Thursday he had flu shot in the clinic. why he is feeling sleepy and tired. also he is rubbing his eyes and after sleeping his eyes looking small. is this winter effect of Germany?
