can I eat Indian gooseberry, does it affects my 2 months baby girl?

A. u eat. its good. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workouta lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always.

A. No Goose berries are quite good to eat in general specially in winters of course you can have it it is going to have no side effect on your child you can have all kind of fruits and vegetables whatever you want to all kind of berries are more than welcome after your delivery
