Hello, actually my baby have some tiny bumps on pooty area so what should apply for cure? still I use diaper at night and very few times. Most of time he was diaper free? can tight pooty also cause of this? Actually my baby is on formala milk

Sometimes pimple if they are spreading could be due to rash but sometimes it could be associated with a fungal infection also so if you’re sure it is a rash and you can use anti septic cream and if you’re not sure whether it is fungal infection or rash please check with your doctor
