There are small tiny bumps are on my baby is back and hip. I am using rash cream and i only use diaper at night that too for lesser duration. And tiny bumps are on his back too.. please assist

A. you can apply t bact cream locally. this cream can be applied to all three times everydayd and maintain hygiene of the affected area. if there is no improvement after 3 days then kindly meet your doctor for examination and specific treatment. clean thex area with soap and water
